Robin Hood
Robin Hood is called both a hero and a criminal. That is because some people think of him as a villain that commits crimes. The Robin Hood play in "Scope Magazine" says, "MARIAN: Is this Robin Hood as ruthless as they say? GUY: He stole from the Bishop of Hereford, taking his money and his clothes!" Although, some people think of him as a hero, protecting and giving to the poor. The play also said, "N3: Robin takes a loaf of bread and a hunk of mutton from his satchel. ROBIN (handing it to Much): Tell your father that Robin Hood will make sure your family does not starve." One minute he could be fighting and stealing from the rich, the next he's helping the poor.
He is a criminal and a hero, but criminal fits him best. Criminal fits him best because he steals from very wealthy people. Rich people shouldn't have their money taken from them because they deserve it fair and square. Also, it is the poor people's fault that they have no money and it is there own responsibility to do something about it. Robin Hood provides for the poor in an illegal way, even though he could do it legally.
